“Thrive in a Cross-Generational Workplace”
With five generations active in the workforce today, it’s important to go past descriptive stereotypes. With Jennifer Keith, learn several approaches to reinforce collaboration and achievement of shared goals at work
“Stay Interviews”
There’s more to preventing turnover than hoping employees will stay. In this session with Will Gudeman, discover how to use stay interviews to strengthen communication and build engagement.
“Managing Time and Attention at Work”
Modern work demands more than just scheduling—it requires managing our attention and adapting
to shifting priorities. In this session with Abby Reel, participants explore their personal time-management style, as well as strategies for helping focus and minimizing distraction.
Your registration will include breakfast, three speaker sessions, and an opportunity to network with fellow professionals in the industry.
